| Description | Red Rhino Resourcing are recruiting for 10 x Bakery Production Operatives for a well-known Bakery – Severn Beach, Bristol (BS35) We are urgently looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join the team, working within their large-scale bakery operation on a 3-shift rotating pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s most recognised bakery brands in a role offering ongoing, long-term work with 12-hour shifts, great working conditions, and paid breaks. Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6PM to 6AM , this can be vary Location: Severn Beach, Bristol, BS35 Breaks: 2 x 30-minute paid breaks per shift 1x30 min unpaid Key Duties Include: • Move stacks from dolly loader to dispatch lanes • Reload empty dollies into the system • React to alarms on BP stackers • Keep basket tumbler running, clear de-nester jams • Monitor Lazy Susan on Bagels • Take bins to compactor and clean area to CAYG standard • Fruit Weigh-Up (BP Area): • Weigh and sieve fruit to recipe • Manual handling of 25kg bags • Record batch numbers on compliance paperwork • Maintain cleanliness and accuracy What’s On Offer: • Competitive hourly pay £14.10 (paid weekly) • Long-term work with a leading UK food brand • On-site canteen, showers, and clean facilities • Full PPE provided • Vehicle and pedestrian site passes arranged Red Rhino Resourcing is a temporary employment agency supplying staff to the logistics, distribution, and warehousing sectors. |
