Description Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. Our company is a successful and growing Industry, and we need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive to help us manage our day-to-day operations. As an Administrator you will be responsible for: • Managing our company's database and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner. • Providing administrative support to senior staff members. • Managing our company's social media accounts and creating engaging content. • Assisting with general office tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and scheduling appointments. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you must have: • A proven background of working in an administrative role. • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
