| Description | Are you an expert in recruitment with a passion for finding top talent? We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Avonmouth. As a leading generalist recruitment agency, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help us continue to grow our business. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and help them find the best candidates for their open positions. You will be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts and will play a critical role in the success of our business. Key Responsibilities: • Source and screen candidates for various finance roles • Build relationships with clients and candidates • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish • Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process Skills and Experience • Experience working in a resourcing role, with demonstratable experience in active sourcing both generic and bespoke roles is essential • Confident in using LinkedIn and various job boards • Experience in using an ATS to manage the candidate experience • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders • Experience in telephone and video interviewing candidates to assess abilities and suitability for a range of roles • A passion for recruitment and finding the right candidate for the role • Experience working with external third-party suppliers and collaborations |
