Description Our client currently seeking a number of highly motivated and talented individuals to join their teams as Customer Service Agents. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be required to interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered. Job Description: • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner • Process orders and manage customer accounts • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high quality service What you'll need to succeed: • Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer service • Hold the customer at the heart of what you do • The ability to collaborate well with internal departments to enhance our customers experience and customer journey • A great communicator with a strong experience of working in a demanding customer facing environment. • Excellent attention to detail and good writing skills. • Strong organisational and administration skills ? ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. • Commercially minded and service driven
